Question: Why is the American Flag the symbol of Freedom?
I’ve asked many people, American people, “What is the symbol of Freedom?” All of them replied, “The American Flag.”

That got me wondering, is that really true? Does the U.S. really stand for Freedom?

How do other people in other countries view this ideal?

Is there any other symbol of Freedom? Universal symbols?

What’s your point of view on this?

Thank you, your help is greatly appreciated.

Because they believe in Freedom.

Question: Could Houston be the next city planned for a false flag “terror attack?”?
…says Captain Eric H. May, former Army military intelligence and public affairs officer, as well as a former NBC editorial writer. Captain May specializes in special ops and military propaganda, and, along with a worldwide network of counter-intelligence agents, claims to have thwarted several false flag attacks that could have jump-started a war in Iran.

“My associates and I believe that the most likely target for terror on American soil this summer will be the Texas Gulf coast.

In the last month we have confirmed terror drills or alerts along the Texas Coast (from east to west) in Beaumont’s Exxon Mobil, Deer Park’s Shell, and Texas City’s British Petroleum. We believe that the Houston Metro area is the center of the Southeast Texas target zone.

Please join me and other concerned Internet activists who are learning how a multi-cyber-media infowar campaign can shut down a false-flag attempt.”

Dr. Steven Jones, Former BYU Professor does not say 9/11 inside job, however he has conducted numerous tests that contradict the official conspiracy theory that jet fuel (kerosene) was not the cause of the collapse of WTC 1, 2, and 7. There is a very detailed .pdf detailing his research and conclusions.

I don’t pretend I know anything about the physics behind the attacks on 9/11. I am just informing people that false flags are real and they are being planned. Be warned.

Question: Who really designed the U.S. flag? It is not Betsy Ross!?
I have just read a book that states that “although seamstress Elizbeth Griscom Ross (Betsy Ross) was a flag maker for naval colours, historians believe this person really designed the American flag” . Who was this person and what link does this person have to the State of New Jersey and the Declaration of Independence.

Answer:

Answer by ceebrah
No one knows with absolute certainty who designed the first stars and stripes or who made it. Congressman Francis Hopkinson seems most likely to have designed it, and few historians believe that Betsy Ross, a Philadelphia seamstress, made the first one.

Question: OPINIONS: “Texas School Suspends Student for Removing MEXICAN Flag”?
“Local School Suspends Student for Removing MEXICAN Flag”

http://www.ktrh.com/pages/michaelberry.html

Yesterday, a listener’s son was offended that his school, Klein Collins High School, displayed the Mexican flag prominently. His mother called to complain, and the school wouldn’t return her call. The student took the sign down.

The school pitched a fit, reviewed the surveillance tapes, found the student, and suspended him for 3 days. AND he has to pay for the flag. In light of the SF story of students sent home for wearing the AMERICAN flag because it offended the Hispanic students, I thought you’d like to know about a story closer to home.

Right here in our community. Feel free to let the school know what you think. You pay their salaries.

Klein Collins High School (832) 484.5500. Assistant Principal handling the case: Mr. Shelly Dick. Seriously.

Question: What makes a flag an “all weather flag”?
An organization I am with is creating a display of American flags to honor Veterans for Memorial Day. We plan to have over 2000 4″x6″ stick flags out from sunrise to sunset. However, we are increasingly worried about the chance of rain. The US Flag Code says that flags may not be flown in inclement weather, “except when an all weather flag is displayed” [ 4 USC Sec. 6(c) ]. But what makes a flag an “all weather flag”? Would the stick flags count as this? We really would like to be able to set up the display, but do not want to dishonor the national colors in doing so. Any suggestions?

One that sits outside all year round. Though paper might not be a good material.
