Question: Which would you buy?
Premise:You need an item and find 2 identical units on the store shelf.
All things are identical; price, quality, color, packaging, everything except label.
One is labelled “Made In USA”
the other is not labelled as being made anywhere.

Which would you choose and why.

If the items are exactly the same but ones made in the USA and the other is made in a different country well I’d choose the one made in the USA.

Question: Should Americans be able to fly U.S. flag anywhere they please, who would this make uncomfortable?
How does flying the American flag in our own country go against diversity?
Is this more rights of Americans being taken away that we cannot fly OUR own flag when and where we want?
What is your opinion of this campus security’s actions? Should they lose their job?

Teen: Security Told Me To Remove U.S. Flags
High School Student Has 3×5 Feet U.S. Flags In Truck Bed
Deb Stanley, 7NEWS Producer

NORTHGLENN, Colo. — A high school student in Northglenn is upset that campus security told him to remove the large American flags flying from his pickup truck because it might make others uncomfortable.

Jeremy Stoppel told 7NEWS he got a ticket at Northglenn High School last Thursday for squealing his tires. He said he deserved that ticket and deserved having his parking lot pass suspended for two weeks.

But he’s upset that campus security then told him he can’t fly his 3 feet by 5 feet flags in the bed of his pickup truck anymore.

“She said I should take my flags down. She said this is a school that focuses on diversity and she doesn’t want anyone to feel uncomfortable,” Stoppel said. “How do you suppose anyone would feel uncomfortable in America with an American flag? That’s where I’m confused.”

He said he started flying his flags around school last week.

“Now that I finally get to drive to school, I have a truck, that’s what I want to do. I want to fly my flags. September 11th is coming up so I wanted to fly them in honor of that,” said Stoppel, who said his cousin is serving in the Navy.

Stoppel and his father want an apology from that security supervisor.

“To me, she’s just threatening him, hoping that she can just bully him so he’ll just take ‘em down and just put his tail between his legs and say, ‘I’m done. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry.’ And that’s just not gonna happen,” said Dan Stoppel, Jeremy’s father.

7NEWS checked and the school has no policy against flying the American flag. In fact, Northglenn High School has a U.S. flag on the flag pole in front of the school.

“I am unaware of that situation. So I need to talk to that person, see why they did that, if they did that,” said Northglenn High School principal Dr. Mary Lindimore. “We have ‘em in the hallways upstairs. So we promote flying of American flags.”

There is a policy that bans anything that creates a safety problem or which disrupts the educational environment.

When 7NEWS asked Lindimore if she could imagine any scenario in which the American flag would disrupt the educational environment, Lindimore said no.

Lindimore promised to talk to the security supervisor next week.
Every school flies the American flag as well as their state flag.

The only people who would get offended by the American flag are people who wish the Confederacy won the civil war.

well..ethgically buying an american made product helps our country and stops some of the balance of trade issues.

If my budget is going to permit me to by a product made in my own country, whatever it is, I’m buying my home product.

Question: Atheists: What kind of government would you like for “New USA” after we reclaim it from China in 50 years?
Since I’m expecting the theists to have been picked off by the Chinese, (Most of them have quite a disliking for theists, really. Although they love atheists, since most of them are themselves.) ^^
So then after they’re done picking off our resources, it’s ALL OURS :)
I was thinking of making it socialistic, but I had some disagreements the last time I made this proposal. Opinions?

Question: What would happen to me if I put a Palestinian flag in front of my house?
I’m a Palestinian and I live in a sub-division in Indiana where half of the people have an American flag in front of their houses. Do you think there is any consequences in putting a Palestinian flag in front of my house?

P.S. Don’t give me any of that “Your American, hang an American flag” B.S, yes, I was born in the U.S, but I lived in Palestine from ages 7-13 and now I’m 17, so I’m more patriotic for being Palestinian.

Question: Would you be willing to pay 20% more for products/goods purchased at Walmart, if they were “Made in the USA”?
Keeping in mind that doing this, would also allow for more and better paying jobs to come back to America. So people as a whole, would pay a little more, but they would also be earning more, and unemployment would go down as a result.
gubmint – Didn’t mean to offend you. Let me rephrase for you – Would you be willing to pay 20% more for products/goods purchased at Walmart/Sears/Target/Kmart if they were “Made in the USA”?

Question: Would you pay double or more for something “MADE IN THE USA” ? (Even in this recession?)?
Everyone is talking about how this unemployment problem can be fixed by building stuff here in North America and I think that is a wonderful idea, but i remember how my mother told me about how everything was so expensive until the trade started to come in from other Asian countries, and then finally she was able to afford to buy newer clothes, not always used clothes at a thrift store ( this was a long time ago.)

So if you want to buy something made in the USA, and it cost 3-times more than a very similar item made in China and sold in Wal-Mart, would you buy it, or would you go to Wal-Mart instead?

How much of your hard-earned dollars are you willing to spend to try to support local manufacturers?

Wal-mart sells sneakers for $ 20, if I sold the exact same thing but made in America, for $ 80, how much sales would I get for my stuff ?

Answer:
